Bay of Fires Trail:

Prepare for an adventure like no other! Beginning in the high-altitude sub-alpine terrain of the Blue Tier, you'll be instantly treated to endless panoramas of the surrounding mountain ranges and the stunning coastline. It's hard to keep your eyes on the trail as you wind your way through monolithic granite boulders and suddenly catch glimpses of the world-renowned Bay of Fires. The final descent takes you across endless ridgelines before delivering you to the pristine white sands of Swimcart Beach.

The Stacked Loops:

At Flagstaff, you'll find 8 loops with a range of difficulty levels, from beginner (green) to intermediate (blue) trails. Additionally, the Townlink provides a multi-user, dual-directional trail connecting the town of St Helens to the Trailhead at Flagstaff, along with two blue descents. Each trail is well-signposted, and since these trails are stacked loops, each sign indicates which trails connect to the one you are on.

For the skilled riders seeking a challenge and loads of excitement, the descents from the top of Loila Tier are the trails you've been searching for. The St Helens Mountain Bike Trails offer a diverse range of experiences, making it an ideal destination for cyclists of all skill levels

If you need to hire a bike or get a shuttle, jump onboard with the team at Gravity Isle.
